How to take
DIRECTIONS
Adults: Take 1-3 VegeCapsules daily. Best taken on an empty stomach, or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.
CAUTIONS
Not to be taken by those with seafood allergies. People who have recently had a heart attack or stroke should not use shark cartilage without medical advice. Discontinue use at least 2 weeks prior to surgery. Not to be taken during pregnancy or lactation. Always read the label. Take only as directed. Dietary supplements are supplementary to and not a replacement for a balanced diet.
